Checking water cooling

    In high temperature weather, the deterioration rate of cooling water will also be accelerated. It is recommended that laser cutting machine users use regular distilled water or pure water, and regularly clean the scale, so as not to cause scale to adhere to the laser tube and water pipes, which will affect the laser power; Note that the cooling water temperature should not be too different from the air temperature. As the temperature in summer is getting higher and higher, the working pressure of the cooling system of the laser cutting machine will increase sharply. It is recommended to check and maintain the internal pressure of the cooling machine before the high temperature comes, and adjust it in time to adapt to the high temperature weather.

Keep lubricating

    The guide rails should be cleaned of dust and other sundries and lubricated frequently to ensure that the laser equipment is normal. The racks should be wiped frequently and lubricated, and the time should be adjusted to shorten the time by 0.5-1 times compared with the spring and autumn seasons. And keep observing the oil quality. For machinery working in high-temperature areas, the viscosity grade of the oil should be appropriately increased. The temperature of the grease oil is easy to change and should be properly refueled to ensure lubrication without debris. Carefully check the straightness of the cutting table and track of the laser cutting machine and the verticality of the machine, and maintain and debug in time if any abnormality is found. The motor should also be cleaned and lubricated frequently to keep the machine in the best condition at all times. The machine can move better during operation, cut more accurately, and the quality of the cut products will be higher.

Checking lines

    Check and replace aging wires, plugs, hoses, and connectors; check whether the connector pins of electrical components are loose, and tighten them in time to avoid electrical burnout and unstable signal transmission caused by poor contact.

    Beware of frost on the laser machine. Due to the large difference between the temperature of the chiller and the ambient temperature, frost will occur on the laser and cutting head, which will cause damage to the equipment and the lens.
